CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Payment must accompany registration.
Invoices will be provided upon request.

There are several ways to register for the conference:

1.      Download to be emailed, faxed, or mailed:

2.      Mail a completed Conference Registration Form* (a hard copy of which can be found in the APA that will be mailed to you during the summer) to:

3.      Request a Word file to be emailed to you (to return as email attachment).  (email: hicss@hawaii.edu)

4.      Request an APA copy to be mailed to you (to return by fax or mail). (email: hicss@hawaii.edu)

* October 1 (Tuesday)                   $495 early registration.              Authors of accepted papers must register by this date  
                                                                                                         (or papers may be withdrawn from the Proceedings).

* October 2 - December 10           $545 regular registration.

* December 11 - January 10         $650 late & on-site registration.
                                                        No Refunds after Dec. 11

FOR THE HOTEL:   
By December 1    Conference rates are guaranteed to December 1, or  until our room block is filled.   A one-night’s deposit is required.    Please send your Hotel Reservation form directly to the Hilton Waikoloa Village:    FAX 808-886-2902 or Tel: 800-886-1234.

Conference Refund Policy 
All conference fee cancellation requests must be received in writing by 4pm Hawaii time, Wednesday,  December  11*.

Hotel Cancellation Policy  
Room reservations may be cancelled without penalty with the hotel (not the conference office) until three days before arrival.   
Please see the hotel reservation form for cancellation penalties within three days.
