Reservations:

All reservations must be confirmed prior to departure.  Tickets must be issued 7 days after confirmation or 7 days prior to departure whichever comes first.  Reservations can be made by calling Hawaiian Airlines reservations directly at (800) 367-5320.

Refunds:

One name change is allowed per ticketed passenger prior to origination, ticket must be reissued 48 hours after the name change but not less than 24 hours prior to departure.  An authorization for name change must be obtained from Hawaiian Airlines.  A $75 penalty fee will be applied to any voluntary date/flight change once ticket has been issued on transpacific flights providing the original booking class of service is available on the new flight.  If it is not available the penalty will be $150.  Wholly unused tickets will be refundable less a $75 cancellation fee.  Once travel has commenced, only date and flight changes are permitted.  Changes in routing are not permitted.

Ticketing:

Tickets will be issued directly from Hawaiian Airlines by Electronic Ticketing (E-Ticket) or, Ticket By Mail (TBM).  Please allow a minimum of 15 business days for all Ticket By Mail (TBM).

Fares are starting at $488.34 including tax, from Gateway Cities listed below through Honolulu or Maui to Kona, Big Island (the site of the conference). Travel valid: Jan 1-15, 2003.

Routing:

Valid between all the following West Coast gateway cities and Hawaii (Honolulu or Maui) as serviced by Hawaiian Airlines:
California:  Los Angeles, Ontario, San Diego, San Francisco, and Sacramento
Nevada: Las Vegas
Oregon: Portland
Washington: Seattle
Arizona: Phoenix

Additional pre- or post-conference interisland add-on fares are valid between any two points in the state of Hawaii serviced by Hawaiian Airlines.
