You may register for the conference in any of the following ways.

Please be certain to complete all information clearly, including method of payment. Your credit card will be immediately charged.

1. Download and print the Conference Registration form from our web site  http://www.hicss.hawaii.edu/Hicss38/apahome38.html (HICSS-38 Conference Information) and fax this form to 808-956-5759

2. Download this form to your desktop and email it to  hicss@hawaii.edu

3. Complete the form found in a printed Advance Program Announcement  mailed to our mailing list, and fax to 808-956-5759 or mail it to:

4. Until December 1, you may register online by going to http://dotnet.cbe.wsu.edu/~hicss/registration.aspx.  This information will be captured and sent to the HICSS Conference Office.  NOTE: This form of registration does NOT include online payment.  You must fax or email or phone the method of payment to the HICSS Conference Office.

Cancellation Policy:

·        Before November 10 will be fully refunded. 

·        Nov 11-Dec 10 an administrative fee of $100 will be deducted. 

·        There is no refund after Dec. 10.
