AUTHOR'S ACCEPTANCE PACKAGE

AUTHOR'S INSTRUCTIONS

If you have received an acceptance letter from a HICSS-32 Minitrack Chair, it referred to an Acceptance Package of forms for preparing and submitting your paper. The following documents are electronic versions of those forms. You may download, read, and print them as needed to prepare and submit your paper for the HICSS-32 Proceedings.

Below are the items which must be provided by October 1, 1998 in order to have your paper published in HICSS-32 Proceedings. Please note that this October 1 deadline is firm. Papers not received by the deadline will not be printed in the Proceedings. It is not fair to other authors to endanger the timely publication of the Proceedings by waiting for late papers. For your convenience, here is a checklist.

1. Send several things to the Publisher, the Sony Electronic Publishing Services, by October 1, 1998.   Included are:

a) Prepare electronic version of the full paper. See Instructions for details.
b) Prepare a separate file of the abstract for your paper. See example for formatting instructions. A Rich Text Format document of the example is available.
c) Send both files (full paper and abstract) to the publisher by ftp. See Uploading Instructions for details.
d) Download, print, sign and fax (or mail) the copyright form   Fax to:   831-372-7145
    or mail to:
        Sony Electronic Publishing Services

e) Send a reprint order form if you are interested in reprints.
2. Send the Conference Registration Form to the Conference Office. This form is also contained in the Advanced Program Announcement.  If necessary, send the A/V Equipment Request Form to the conference office. Each presentation room will have an overhead projector and screen. If you need any other equipment, you must submit this form by Oct 1, 1998.
