Format the file as described below. Please use the same filename given to you by the minitrack chair, but add the letter "A" at the end of the number (e.g., XXYYY##A.doc). See the sample in Word or the sample in PDF.
Format as follows:
Paper Title
Author 1 - Affiliation/physical address/email address
Author 2 - Affiliation/physical address/email address
Author 3 and so on in the same format
Abstract paragraph - Approximately 150 words. Should be the same as abstract included in the manuscript.
