ATC is a full-service travel agency, offering discounted airfare, car rental rates, free flight insurance, and all other travel services. Special arrangements (including land packages only) are available for those wishing to spend time in Hawaii before or after the conference. ATC will work primarily with Hawaiian Airlines, United Airlines and Alamo or Hertz rental car agencies, but can also make arrangements with any carrier you prefer.

THE OUTRIGGER WAILEA AND MAUI -- SAME SPECIAL ALOHA! The Aston Wailea was bought by the Outrigger in January 1999. Although under new ownership, the hotel will still give HICSS participants the same special aloha! An 18-acre resort located on Maui's south shore, the Outrigger is near excellent golf courses and Ulua Beach, rated among the world's top beaches. Spectacular offshore views include beautiful sunrises and sunsets, frolicking whales, and the red slopes of Kaho'olawe. Known as the Valley Isle, Maui is also home to the 10,000 foot Mt. Haleakala, ideal for biking and driving adventures, and wondrous snorkeling, sailing, and diving opportunities around the horseshoe island of Molokini. The Maui Ocean Center is a world-class aquarium featuring an exciting 750,000 gallon Open Ocean exhibit.
 

PLEASE REMEMBER: January 2000 will be a particularly busy tourist season in Hawaii. Make your travel plans as soon as possible.

CONFERENCE DEADLINES: Authors of accepted papers must register by October 1 (registration fee: $475) or their paper may be withdrawn from the proceedings. Authors may transfer their registration to a co-author or a qualified individual who may present their paper. After October 1 the registration fee is $500.

REFUNDS: All Conference Registration cancellation requests must be made in writing by December 20. There will be no refunds after December 20.
