CONFERENCE
Please send the Conference Registration form to the HICSS Conference Office: FAX 808-956-5759 (Tel: 808-956-3251)

* By October 1, 2000

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference - $475 early registration (or papers may be withdrawn from Proceedings). Authors may transfer their registration to a co-author or a qualified individual to present their paper.

*October 2 - December 20, 2000

$500 regular registration

*After December 20, 2000

$650 late & on-site registration

Refund Request Deadline

All conference fee cancellation requests must be received in writing by 4 pm Hawaii time, Friday, December 22.

By November 15, 2000

Outrigger Wailea HICSS conference rates are guaranteed (deposit required). Cancellation possible until three days before arrival.
