Important Dates

March 31, 2000

Authors submit abstract to Minitrack Chair for guidance and indication of appropriate content.

June 1, 2000

Authors submit full papers to Minitrack Chair. Contact the chairs in advance for specific submission instructions.

August 31, 2000

Minitrack Chair sends notice of accepted papers to Authors.

October 1, 2000

Authors submit final version of accepted papers electronically for publication. At least one author of each paper must have registered for the conference by this date. Early fee of $475 is until October 1. Registration fee of $500 applies until December 20.

December 20, 2000

All other conference registrations and payments due. Registration after this date is charged the on-site registration fee ($650).

 

Instructions for Paper Submission

  1. Many Minitracks accept electronic submissions (usually in Word or PDF). Contact the Minitrack Chair in advance for electronic submission instructions. If you do not contact the Minitrack Chair in advance, you must submit six (6) paper copies of the full paper directly to the appropriate Minitrack Chair.
  2. Do not submit the manuscript to more than one Minitrack Chair. Papers should contain original material and not be previously published, or currently submitted for consideration elsewhere.
  3. Each paper must have a title page to include title of the paper, full name of all authors, and complete addresses including affiliation(s), telephone number(s), and e-mail address(es). Papers should be 22-26 double-spaced pages, including diagrams.
  4. The first page of the manuscript should include the title and a 300-word abstract of the paper.
