CONFERENCE
Please send the Conference Registration form to the HICSS Conference Office:

* By October 1, 2001 At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference - $475 early registration (or papers may be withdrawn from Proceedings). Authors may transfer their registration to a co-author or a qualified individual to present their paper.

* October 2 - December 20, 2001 $500 regular registration

* After December 20, 2001 $650 late & on-site registration

CANCELLATION POLICY All conference fee cancellation requests must be received by the HICSS Conference Office writing by 4 pm Hawaii time, Wednesday, December 22.

By December 1, 2001 Hilton Waikoloa HICSS conference rates are guaranteed (deposit required). Cancellation possible until three days (72 hours) before scheduled arrival.
