Conference Attendance

 

 


PLEASE NOTE:     Submitting your paper to HICSS-41 is a multi-step process as outlined below.  For each major step, a link may point to more detailed instructions. 

 


 All links below are to Word Documents.

 

  1. Prepare your full manuscript following these guidelines.  See Sample

·        Double-column

·        Single space

·        Maximum of 10 pages (including all tables, figures, references, etc.)

·        Page size: 8 ½ in. by 11 in

·        No author name or affiliation on this initial submission
(HICSS conducts double blind reviews)

·        For additional detail on formatting your manuscript, consult Detailed Formatting Guidelines.

 

  1. Convert your source document to a PDF File according to IEEE specifications.  See IEEE PDF Specifications.

 

  1. By June 15th    submit this PDF File for Review by following these Submission Instructions.
               
  2. By August 15th  a decision is emailed to you through our Peer Review Site.  (Instructions for Submitting your Final Paper will also be sent to you at this time.)   Contact  your Minitrack Chair if you do not receive notification of acceptance or rejection.

 

  1. Prepare the final version of your paper for Publication (if Accepted or Accepted with Mandatory Changes) by modifying the source document:
    1. Make changes based on suggested or required recommendations made by both reviewers and/or minitrack chairs.
    2. Add all author information on final version of your paper.

 

  1. By September 15th  submit this final version for Publication according to instructions that were sent to you when you received your acceptance notification. 
     
  2. Register for the HICSS-41 Conference.
     
  1. Make your hotel reservations at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.
