a special code that will allow you reserve your accommodation at special conference rates.
Our special discounted rates will only be allowed for registered conference participants and their guests.

* Early Registration fee: $545 (May 1 - September 25, 2008)
(grace period if email/fax is received by 4:30pm Hawaii
time Friday, Sep 26).
* General Registration fee: $595 (September 26 - December 15, 2008)
* Late Registration fee: $700 (December 16, 2008 - January 2009)
Please note that:
* At least one author of each accepted paper must register to attend the conference by September
25, 2008. NEW DATE
Registration is not valid until full payment is made. Confirmation email will be sent within 7 days of registration.
* All cancellation requests must be in writing. In
order to refund an online credit card payment, we must be given the
complete credit card number and expiration date. For payments made by
check, a check refund will be made to the issuing party.
* Cancellation of registration will result in the withdrawal and/or
non-scheduling of papers from the Proceedings.
* After October 15, $150 will be deducted from your refund.
* No refunds can be made after December 15, 2008.
