The Resort Services Fee is optional for HICSS guests @ $15/day. The fee includes: Access charges for 1-800 or 1-888 phone numbers; Local telephone calls; Self or Valet Parking; Access to 24-hour workout facility, fitness and yoga classes (age requirement 14 years); Local Garden Island newspaper; In-room bottled water, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, safe; Incoming Faxes;
One-hour court time per day at the Tennis Garden (reservations required); 10% Off selected merchandise at Anara Spa, Tennis Center, Business Center computer usage, Capt Andy's Lagoon-Side Hut, Poipu Bay Golf Pro Shop, and Side Hut.

Scheduling: It is not possible to accommodate requests to schedule a paper or session for specific days or times. We respectfully ask you to understand that the schedule must be set with the assumption that Minitrack chairs and Presenting authors will be attending the conference the entire 3 days of paper sessions (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, January 6 -8). Please make your travel plans to attend the conference at least those three days, 8am-5pm. Included in your registration fee are the Symposia, Workshops, and Tutorials on Tuesday. These sessions may supplement paper sessions later in the week, or offer new insights into other research areas.

Grand Hyatt Cancellation Policy for HICSS:

• From December 4, 2009 to December 17, 2009: All cancellations received within this time period will be assessed one nights' room rental plus applicable taxes.

• From December 18, 2009 to December 31, 2009: All cancellations received within this time period will be assessed two nights' room rental plus applicable taxes.

• From January 1, 2010 to arrival date: All cancellations and no-shows received within this period will be assessed the cost of the full length of stay, plus applicable taxes.
