Track: Organizational Systems and Technology
Minitrack: BI, Data Warehousing and Information Logistics

Analytical information systems represent an essential component
of the enterprise application landscape. Data warehousing, business
intelligence and information logistics are widely accepted as key
concepts to support data analysis and decision support in organizations and across organizational boundaries.

For effective and efficient data analysis and decision support,
comprehensive approaches which address the entirety of strategy,
organizational structuring, business processes, and IT implementation are
needed. Analytical information systems are facing the challenge of
continuous, company critical operations as well as adaption to
changing business requirements and new potentials of IT innovations. New concepts like operational BI or business process intelligence (BPI)
result from the convergence of business intelligence and business process
management. BI evolves to an integral part of business processes, providing analysis for a wide range of users.

In addition, the continuous extension of business requirements demands for advanced data integration approaches, architectures, and innovative
analytical capabilities (e.g. BI search).

Submissions are encouraged that address managerial, economic,
methodological, or technical perspectives on the above topics. The
minitrack provides a forum where both researchers and practitioners can
discuss current research issues and share their findings.
