HICSS-43 Registration

Please register for the conference before making hotel reservations. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a special code that will allow you reserve your accommodation at special conference rates. Our special discounted rates will only be allowed for registered conference participants and
their guests.

Conference Registration can be done:
* By clicking   here   to register online. Please note: the online site is designed  for IE and Safari browsers. If you receive a blank confirmation using Firefox or another browser, please request a manual confirmation from the HICSS office.

* By sending the completed Registration Form MS-WORD or Registration Form PDF to fax no. +1-808-9565759 or hicss@hawaii.edu

Guest Registration can be done:
* By sending the completed Guest Registration Form to fax no. +1-808-9565759 or hicss@hawaii.edu

Registration Rates
* Early Registration fee: $575 (May 1 - September 15, 2009)
* General Registration fee: $625 (September 16 - December 15, 2009)
* Late Registration fee: $700 (December 16, 2009 - January 2010)

Our special discounted rates will only be allowed for registered conference participants and their guests. There will be overflow arrangement with certain Poipu area condominiums for nights for which the Hilton may not have vacancies.

Please note that:
* At least one author of each accepted paper must register to attend the conference by September 15, 2009.
* Registration is not valid until full payment is made. 

Cancellation Policy
* All cancellation requests must be in writing.
* Your registration fee will be refunded in full until October 15.
Oct 15-Dec 15 we will deduct a $150 administrative fee from the
amount paid.
* In order to refund an online credit card payment, we must be given
the complete credit card number and expiration date. For payments
made by check, a check refund will be made to the issuing party.
* After registration is cancelled, we reserve the right to withhold
papers from Proceedings.
* No refunds can be made after December 15, 2009.
* Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.

Please plan ahead as soon as paper is submitted for sensitive issues such as visa requests.
