Conference cancellation must be made in writing to hicss@hawaii.edu . Your registration fee will be refunded in full until October 15.   Oct 15-Dec 15 we will deduct a $150 administrative fee from the amount paid. NO refunds after December 15.     Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.
