HICSS-46 Conference Information

Upon confirming the information input, you will be directed to submit payment online immediately. We strongly prefer this online credit card option. If you cannot pay by credit card at the time of registration, the register only option will give you instructions for sending payment by check. If you pay by credit card after registering, please note that this will require offline/manual processing. Your payment will be the registration fee applicable at time of receipt or transaction: $625 until October 1, $695 Oct 2-Dec 1, and $795 from December 2. Beginning next year, we will assess an additional $25 fee to cover manual processing of credit card transactions.

After registering for the conference, you will receive a hotel code that will allow you to make your room reservation at the Grand Wailea Maui for our special conference rates. These rates will only be allowed for registered conference participants and their guests.

 Please note:

* At least one author of each accepted paper must register to attend the conference by Sept 15, 2012.

* Conference registration is not assured until full payment arrangements are made.

* HICSS deadlines are firm.   We appreciate your honoring the deadlines, so that we all may have a more stress-free holiday season prior to the conference. 

* The following meals are included in your registration fee:

Buffet Lunches - Tues/Wed/Thurs and Luau Dinner and Show – Thursday

Conference Registration Cancellation Policy:

* All cancellation requests must be in writing to hicss@hawaii.edu.

* Your registration fee will be refunded in full until October 15.  From Oct 16 - Dec 1 we will deduct a $150 administrative fee from the amount paid.

* In order to refund an online credit card payment, we must be given the complete credit card number and expiration date at the time of your cancellation
   request. For payments made by check, a check refund will be made to the issuing party.

* If registration is cancelled, your paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings.

* No refunds will be made after December 1.

* Hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel
